Detox Charcoal Smoothie

Benefit from the detoxifying properties of charcoal in the most delicious possible way!

What you need:

  • 2 bananas – peeled, sliced and frozen (frozen overnight minimum)
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries – or more!
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup water – or as needed
  • 1 tsp activated charcoal powder
  • For the toppings:
  • 1 small dragon fruit
  • 4-5 strawberries
  • 1 tsp coconut chips
  • Micro herbs

How to:

  • Whiz together the ingredients in a smoothie maker or blender. Pour in to a flat bowl.
  • Top with fresh fruit and any nuts, seeds or toppings of your choice.
  • The toppings mentioned here are purely suggestive! Please feel inspired to go play with what’s in season and what just sounds good! General rule is if it sounds good, it tastes good.
  • Have it before it melts!
