Homemade Peanut Butter

What you need:

250 gms organic raw peanuts
1/2 tsp raw brown sugar/jaggery
1/8 tsp pink Himalayan salt

How to:

Pre-heat the oven the 170 degrees centigrade and roast the peanuts until toasty but not overdone.
With the skin on, process the peanuts while still slightly warm, in a high-speed blender.
Within a few minutes, the oils will start releasing and the consistency changing from powdery to smooth and creamy.
Keep going until it’s creamy and smooth.
Cool slightly and then pour in to a glass jar and store at room temperature.
Remember to share it with someone you love.
