There are a few things I can never get enough of. And that’s mango in the summer! This refreshingly light and protein powered smoothie promises to soothe yet excite. All you need is a blender, some fresh + local produce and Protinex’s new Mango flavour!
Getting enough protein daily is essential but most of us veggies struggle with protein choices and this throws our wellbeing off balance. I find a smoothie the easiest and most delicious way to get my daily fix. Here’s a super simple recipe I promise will have you going mmm!

Makes one serving
What you need:
300ml coconut water
1/2 fresh mango
2 tbsp Protinex mango flavour
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice
How to:
Peel and chop the mango and freeze until hard – minimum overnight.
Combine the frozen mango, coconut water, Protinex powder, honey and lemon juice in a smoothie maker and process until smooth.
Drink immediately!
