Creamy, dreamy peanut butter oatmeal that makes you feel you’re having dessert for breakfast!

What you need:

5 tbsp jumbo rolled oats

150 ml unsweetened almond milk

3 tbsp creamy peanut butter

1 tbsp coconut sugar

½ tsp vanilla extract

Salt – just a dash

Topping options – sliced bananas, berries, chocolate chips, pretzels, granola

How to:

Pour out the milk in a bowl or container and thoroughly mix in the peanut butter till there are no clumps. It should be completely well blended in. This takes about two minutes of patience, but you’ll get there.

Add the rest of the ingredients and give it a good mix. Cover the container and leave it in the refrigerator overnight for at least eight hours.

Make sure it’s chilled, thick and creamy the next morning before you get ready to indulge!

Add your favourite toppings and get ready for a great morning.

Remember to share it with someone you love.
