Protein packed oatmeal to fuel you for the day!
What you need:
1/4 cup jumbo oats
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
Honey to sweeten further – if required
For the topping:
Mixed berries and fruits
Nuts, seeds, coconut chips
Cook the jumbo oats with the water in a small saucepan until just about tender. You still want a bite in the oats. It shouldn’t be mushy. Cover and leave aside to cool.
Whisk together the Greek yogurt and protein powder in a mixing bowl. Add the cooked and cooled oats and gently stir.
Top with your choice of berries and nuts.
